Flamingo Land, the fascinating Second World War museum of Eden Camp, Rivaulx Abbey and Castle Howard are all within easy reach, and a 20 mile scenic drive across the ‘Heartbeat’ moorlands leads to Robin Hood’s Bay and Whitby, whilst the myriad attractions of the beautiful medieval city of York are 30 miles away. Riding, quad bike trekking and golf are all under 5 miles. Shop 1 mile, pubs 0.25 miles.
